OUR PROCESS AND SERVICES:

Brief development

We establish the client’s key objectives, co-develop collaborative vision boards between client and designer and outline the programmes and budget for the project.

Schematic Design

We form the preliminary design ideas and concepts with an outline of colour palette, materials and design intent. This is presented to the client for review and approval.

Design Development

We develop the design to a higher level of specificity and detail, with the creation of spatial layouts, joinery documentation, material selection and fittings and fixtures schedules.

Contract Documentation

We create a comprehensive documentation package suitable for tendering and construction.

Tender

We act as the client’s agent in negotiations with builders tendering for the project. We liaise between builder and client to make changes needed to preserve the budget.

project management

We oversee the build to ensure the drawings and specifications are followed and the project runs within time and budget. We resolve on site issues as they arise, then at project completion we produce a defects list and address any further matters.

FF & E Selection

(Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment)

We select and curate project specific furniture, rugs, art and décor into the newly completed space, as well as the thoughtful integration of existing possessions.
